1. Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached). Some protective gear may have different requirements – see section 5 below.

2. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our support team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 business hours with instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your item and process within 3 business days.
3. Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
For size exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired size in the return request
- We’ll ship the new size once the return is received
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For fighter safety and hygiene, these items cannot be returned:
- Groin guards (all types)
- Compression leggings (worn items)
- Hand wraps (if removed from packaging)
- Any item showing signs of use or missing tags
